I remember a shiny quarter under my pillow after loosing a tooth. What the tooth fairy pays for a tooth has been a survey conducted by Delta Dental Insurance company for several years. USA Today reports the tooth fairy pay more when the economy does well. Kids are getting nearly five bucks a tooth. Wow!
